My name is Randy, and I am a NFPT certified trainer, and ISSA fitness nutrition coach. For the past twelve years I have been training clients in person and I have loved every single moment, even (especially) the weird ones. I have gained a lot of experience, and it’s time I share it with the world. Fitness has been GOOD to me, I’ve been invited to Reebok headquarters, written for Men’s Health MVP network, and trained one on one with Tony Horton (P90X).
This platform is all about sharing experience as well as offering my services to those that need it. The thing about me though is that although I take health and fitness very seriously, I rarely take myself very seriously. I will deliver factual, relevant and digestible, fitness expertise but sometimes you’ll sense a hint of sarcasm. At other times, I may go on a full blown rant, but I promise that it will all be relatable to your goals!
